Baby Blakley has arrived! Jazlyn & Chase are so excited to welcome her into their family. We all know how exciting and challenging these first few weeks can be so we’d like to support them by sending some meals their way. Chase and Jazlyn's address is 757 NE 60th St, Pleasant Hill, IA 50327.

Jaz and Chase love homemade meals but another good option if you can’t physically deliver a meal: to order and have it delivered (pay online or over the phone). A few suggestions- Pizza-pepperoni, sasuage and pineapple. Jimmy John's- Chase likes All meat/Cheese- lettuce, tomatoe and mayo. Jaz likes BLT Subway- Jaz likes flatbread w/ american cheese, bacon toasted with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Chase likes a meatball sub with american cheese.
