Mike Meyers is going through cancer treatment. We want to support him, Barb and his sons by making meal time a little easier. Mike’s treatment is downtown in Chicago 4 days a week. Because of this, they are asking for frozen meals that can be thawed and cooked. As of now, I will be setting it up for three days a week, MWF. Ready made in disposable containers, or crockpot frozen dump meals will be the easiest for them. Help support them and take something off their plate and nourish their bodies.
From Barb Thank you again for reaching out - we love our Reach family and everyone’s outpouring of support. Mike will be in the hospital 4 days each week for treatment the rest of the month so freezer items will be best as we will be spending a lot of hospital time between us. He can’t handle anything spicy currently and has a very wide palate, no allergies. Zach our son will be home most of the time caring for the dogs. I will leave our Oberweiss cooler at the front door. Please drop off meals by 5:00 each day.
