Story

Dear Friends and Family, I'm reaching out during a challenging time as I navigate multiple significant life events simultaneously. My beloved father is in his final stages of life in hospice care, and our family is also in the middle of moving to a new home. As I work through anticipatory grief and try to be present for these precious moments with my dad, I'm finding myself in need of support. Ways you can help: 1. Meals - Drop-off dinners for our family of 4 Olivia has a peanut allergy Kevin loves fresh veggies and Lays Sweet Southern Heat Chips - Gift cards for takeout/delivery (grubhub, uber eats, or doordash is fine). - Breakfast items or easy lunch supplies (quick grocery) 2. Moving Support - Help with packing/unpacking (especially during [October 2-8) - Moving boxes and supplies (moving date October 5th) - Assistance with sorting/organizing 3. Family Support - School pickup/drop-off for my daughter Olivia (9am Drop Off/ 4pm Pickup) - Support with Kevin's therapy appointments (ABA, Speech, OT) - Help engaging with the kids during unpacking - Quality time with the children during moments I need to focus on dad or moving - A listening ear or companionship - Help coordinating communications with extended family 4. Practical Assistance - Running small errands - House cleaning help - Assisting with support related to my Dad Even the smallest gesture of support means the world to us during this time. Please don't feel you need to commit to something big - even one meal or a few hours of help can make a difference. Thank you for your kindness and understanding as we navigate this difficult season. With gratitude, Felicia
