I found out I had breast cancer shortly after moving to North Carolina with no family around to help it has been very hard facing this alone. I am almost done with my chemo sessions I've got one more to go. Now I'm facing surgery a double mastectomy and I'm going to need all the help I can get because I will be down for a while.
