I started this page because I’ve been in and out of the hospital since 2022 and I’ve had a recent flareup that has made things rather difficult especially being that I have two young children ages 10 and nine and we live with my senior mother who has back problems I am just creating this to see if there’s anyone around who can help make sure they have meals with easy cleanup, so it’s one less thing that my mom has to worry about while I’m away and I don’t know how long I’ll be gone last time. It was a long time this time. I’m hoping to be back and home and Recovering shortly.
We can’t have foods that have copper in them like mushrooms. My children aren’t too picky. My son is autistic and prefer safe foods like pizza pasta chicken hotdog. My daughter is pretty open to everything but they don’t like a lot of spice. My mom is also open to most things as long as they’re not too elaborate
