My Journey: A Peaceful Respite I’ve started this page to help fund a much-needed trip for myself and my dog to step away, rest, and find some peace and quiet. Taking this time to reset is incredibly important for me right now, and I am reaching out to my community to help make this journey possible. Special Notes: Traveling with my huge lab dog! Just a quick heads-up that my dog is allergic to chicken, so we stick to chicken-free treats. For lodging and travel, we look for pet-friendly chains like La Quinta, Motel 6, or Choice Hotels. For me, I love Kraft brand products, and any gift cards for stops along the route are incredibly helpful.
