Share the Love for Tequila

Story

Hi friends and supporters, I created this page, GiveInKind, to share my journey of healing and recovery after my recent ACDF surgery. Surgery is tough, and recovery can be even tougher—but knowing that friends, family, and kind supporters are thinking of me and cheering me on makes a world of difference. Often times I am faced with the question..What can I do? This page is a space where people can bless me with meals, snacks, or small acts of kindness that help me focus on resting and recovering. Every thoughtful gesture, big or small, brings comfort and support during this time. The most helpful ways you can support me: • Meals or snacks that make it easier for me to eat without extra stress. • Thoughtful messages, prayers, or words of encouragement to lift my spirits. • Sharing this page with others who might want to help or bless me. Your generosity allows me to focus on healing while feeling loved and cared for. Thank you for being part of this journey with me—it truly means everything. 💛 With gratitude, Tequila

Special Notes

I recover from my ACDF surgery, your love and support mean the world to me! Because of the surgery and the tube down my throat, my throat is very raw, and I am experiencing nausea, so certain foods are easier for me to enjoy than others. Here are some of the things that are most helpful right now: Preferred Foods & Snacks: • Soft fruits: applesauce, melons, mango, bananas • Soft, gentle snacks: jello, pudding, popsicles, soft cookies, shortbread, Cheez-It crackers • Foods that are mild and not spicy Please avoid: • Shrimp (allergic) • Hard, spicy, or overly acidic foods that irritate my throat or upset my stomach Your meals, snacks, or small gestures of kindness make a huge difference as I focus on resting and healing. Thank you so much for helping me feel loved and cared for during this time! 💛
