I am "That Joy Girl" who loves to bring joy to others. But now, I am having to take a break, as a medically necessary surgery is upon me. The surgery has the expectancy of a 2 to 3 month recovery time frame. My husband is amazing and we are blessed that he is able to take some time off of work to help me and our kids. He is by far the amazing cook, jokester, helper and caretaker! However, other family dynamics have changed - and we might be in need of some help, just for the first week and a half of my post-op, since it is just the 4 of us here. And especially to give my (best friend) husband a little break in the mix. 😘 I never like asking for help - everyone knows it. But this is the compromise I came up with - so that our friends and family (near and far) can choose how and where and when they would like to help. And I could never even begin to thank all of those that have already stepped up and asked how they can help. I am so humbled of the love and care from those we love and care about.
Please no seafood as there are family members that are allergic and nothing spicy please.
