IVY: She is a pretty chill dog to walk most of the time. She loves to stop and sniff interesting scents and can lead the way as a result. She will follow your path instead with gentle encouragement such as, "this way Ivy" or even a whistle/finger snap. We usually cross the street if approaching other dogs head on since that can be awkward, but she's not usually more aggressive than a growl. Happy to recommend routes if you talk to Rio. We're in a great neighborhood for walking. Thanks for loving her! COOKING: We are asking for warming, nourishing, animal-based protein dishes, things like soups, stews, slow cooked meats, congee, etc. Any warming drinks, teas, etc that are supportive for postpartum are welcome as well. If anyone needs meat to cook please let us know as we have stocked our freezer for the winter and would happily contribute to your dishes. While we are giving suggestions to be helpful, know that we will eat anything and there are no strict guidelines to follow. Any way that you choose to nourish us is welcome! DELIVERY: If you want to get take out for us some of our favorites are thai, ramen, and indian: (any place will do but we will share some of our go-to spots that we love!) -Folsom Thai (khao soi, panang curry, pineapple fried rice, drunken noodles) -Dragonfly Noodle (tonkotsu ramen) -Indian Bites (saag, makhani, korma, masala, baingan bharta... hard to go wrong) We have no dietary restrictions, and prefer mild to medium spice level.
