My family and I moved from St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands so that I can visit the doctors to try and better my health. My daughter works to support the family as much as she can, but with all the bills it’s still mot enough. I applied for food stamps and during the shutdown, they discontinued my stamps due to the “Able body act”. My daughter is struggling to get extra hours to try and put something on the table for Thanksgiving. I feel so helpless because due to my health I can’t help. I found this app and figured this way would be easier for a person like me that not used to asking but giving the help.
