Give Sam a Hand! ❤️ If you know Sam, you know she’s usually the one showing up for everyone else — her kids, our kids, friends, family, and whoever happens to need a hand. Well… now Sam literally needs a hand. 😂 Sam is having shoulder surgery and will be down an arm for a while. And with three teenagers at home — two boys and a girl — we all know the food situation isn't exactly going to slow down just because Mom has one working arm! Our goal is to make the first few weeks after surgery as easy as possible for Sam and her family. Instead of having her spend the Sunday before surgery trying to prep and freeze a mountain of food herself, we’d love to fill her freezer and take one big thing off her plate. If you'd like to help, there are lots of easy ways: • Make a simple freezer meal she can pop in the oven, Crock-Pot, or Instant Pot • Drop off an easy ready-to-eat dinner • Send a DoorDash/restaurant gift card for a night when nobody wants to cook • Grocery gift cards are great too • Even breakfast foods, snacks, or easy grab-and-go items for the kids would be appreciated! Nothing needs to be fancy. The goal is simply easy food, minimal prep, and one less thing for Sam to worry about while she heals. Sam spends a whole lot of time taking care of and supporting the people around her. This is our chance to Give Sam a Hand and take care of her for a little while. ❤️
I'm happy to help with dropping off to Pasco. I go there Mondays and Tuesdays anyway and will be making a quick stop there Friday morning.
