As many of you know, my sister, Katina Cartee, is scheduled for a major surgery on December 29. She will be hospitalized for at least a week, and once she returns home, her recovery will be long and challenging. During this time, she will be unable to do much for herself or her family and will truly need the support of her family and friends. Katina reminds me so much of our mom—always giving, always putting others first, even when it takes every ounce of God’s grace just to make it through the day. She has spent her life caring for others, and now it’s our turn to surround her with that same love and care. If you are able to help by providing a meal, it would mean more than words can express.
