Zack and Joy Skarka along with their two small children, Trinity (3) and Luke (2) have been in an intense season of suffering. In August, Zack was diagnosed with brain cancer for the third time which was followed by complications from the radiation. After a month in hospitals, when they should have been celebrating his discharge from rehab- Joy was diagnosed with HER2 positive invasive ductal breast cancer. Both are still going through treatment. We are doing everything we can to take any and all burdens from this family so that they can take care of themselves and focus on healing.
