Last weekend, Mariah Little's husband Norman was rushed to the emergency room, finding out he had experienced a stroke. This is what she has told us: "Initially, we hoped it was a TIA, as he regained speech and movement on his right side. Unfortunately, it's a full stroke. The days ahead are uncertain; Norman’s responses are a bit slower, and returning to work is not possible for now. Surgery isn’t an option due to the risks involved, adding to our worries here in Townsend." We very much want to help our friends navigate whatever this is going to look like. It takes a village and they have 4 kids to think of. Not only with a huge loss of income, but meals, activities, stress.... its overwhelming to say the least.
