Meal train for Namyrah✨💚✨ Please join me in supporting our dear Namyrah during a difficult chapter in digestive health. Some of you may know, Namyrah has a very limited diet at the moment to attend to the needs of a sensitive, healing gut. The Ayurvedic dietary protocol she has been following requires fresh food cooked daily. This can be a lot to stay on top of when living alone. If and when you can cook a fresh meal for delivery, please sign up. Our nourishing support will be so appreciated. NOTE: All foods have to be cooked. No raw food in this current diet. Here are a list of meal suggestions. * soups and stews * Chicken bone broth * cooked veggies* such as zucchini, carrot, cooked greens, squash, green beans, mushrooms, beets, parsnips, turnips, fennel, asparagus… * fish (salmon, trout, yellow perch, other freshwater fish) * Oats and oat bran, amaranth, millet, Buckwheat, rice (grains or as pasta, wraps, pancakes…) * Pre-soaked mung beans and split yellow lentils * Chicken white meat
