Mr. Johnson's wife, Barbara, was admitted to the hospital this last weekend. She expressed concern for Mr. Johnson and his ability to move around in the kitchen. A meal train has been set up to help him not have to do so much "moving" in the kitchen while Mrs. Johnson is in the hospital. Not having to worry will help her get better much faster. Mr. Johnson said there are no known food allergies. His one request is that the food be soft. Pastas, Mexican food, soups, and yummy roasts and soft veggies will be greatly appreciated.
