As most of you likely know, Nancy has struggled with pain in her knee for years, and yet she keeps on going with all her volunteering efforts. She has the energy of a 20 year old but her knee just gets in her way. We would like to support the Haywood family while Nancy goes through knee replacement surgery, P.T. and recovery. Right now we want to make sure they are all well fed to take some of the burden off of the family while also caring for Nancy. Any type of meals are appreciated! Homemade meals are great, but she also loves food from many restaurants in the area. A few of her favorites are Swagat Indian Cuisine, Sassool, Crosstown Pub and Grill, Jason’s Deli, and Los Tres Magueyes. *Surgery date, Tuesday, June 23rd.
