Hey friends! It’s finally time for my right hip to be replaced. I’m going full bionic! But I can’t do it without your help. November 10th is the big day! I’ll probably be in the hospital for a couple days. When I come home, we may need help with cooking and cleaning. The first couple weeks will be the most difficult for me since I won’t be able to bend past 90° or lift much.

If helping with food, please gluten-free only. Some dairy is OK, but would prefer goat cheese if using quite a bit.
