Support for Marcella

Let’s rally around Marcella and show her some LOVE! Marcella, a friend and fellow activist, is scheduled for a knee replacement on Monday, Oct. 5, 2025 and sure could use our support. Let’s make sure she is feed, stays out of trouble and that a few odds and ends around ‘the farm’ are taken care of! She has a friend who will be staying until the morning of Oct. 10th and after that may need our assistance. A web site has been organized so that you can lend a hand and give back to Marcella, who has given so much to all of us. Whether it is spending a few hours visiting, checking in to ensure she is ok, putting a meal on the table, a text, shopping for groceries (if necessary), assisting with feeding Loki her precious kitty or maybe Thelma her chicken, or making sure the drip line in her garden is working; your gift of time and energy is appreciated. Here is a list of specific things you can do to help: Prepare Breakfast around 8 am Place frozen bottles of water into ice machine Prepare Dinner around 4 pm Pick Veggies & Fruit as needed (this is pretty limited because most everything will have been harvested) Take a gander around the garden to make sure the drip lines are working so that plants are getting water Feed Thelma the chicken Pick something up from the grocery store or maybe a take out meal? Feed Loki and Max the cats Check in with her via text, email or direct conversations
