My name is Aarika, I have 5 kids and a grandbaby on the way, we could really use some help. The last year has been rough for my family. We lost our house and everything to a fire, thankfully we got a place the next day(same landlord). Our landlord was in his late 80s and having memory problems, forgetting we paid rent(tho we had the receipts) he filed for an eviction notice, at court the judge wouldn't allow us to speak or present evidence to prove our case. Turns out our landlord and the judge had been life long friends. So he was biased and signed a 5 day eviction notice. Started staying with my BIL, I just took over the lease. About a month ago a drunk man came into my job at a truck stop and grabbed a beer and started drinking it, my boss said I didn't do enough to remove the guy so I got suspended for 2 weeks, which turned to 3 weeks. So now I am struggling really bad financially. I have $5 to my name and almost completely out of food. Even $1 helps. We are grateful for any and all support.
