After a long and emotional journey welcoming sweet baby Theo into the world earlier than expected, Kim and Rob are finally home! 🏡💙 Although Theo is still in the hospital, we want to surround his mama and daddy with extra love and support as they navigate this season and spend time traveling back and forth to be with their precious boy. 🍼👶🏼 One small way we can help is by taking dinner off their plates! ❤️ Those days can be filled with so many emotions, long hospital visits, and exhaustion, and we want to make sure they’re taking care of themselves, too.
