Story
My Nana who fought her battle against cancer in 2016 unfortunately has to fight another battle with cancer in her mouth. She has very limited treatment options due to her previous cancer journey that led to severe speech disabilities, difficulties eating, and necrotic bone in her jaw. We are now trying some immunotherapy treatments to hopefully slow the progression but we understand she will not be cured and this is her final chapter. She never let any of this get her down and praised the Lord everyday for everything she had. For those of you who know nana "Sharon" you know she lives everyday with a servants heart and would give you the shirt of her own back. She has been my number one cheerleader since the day I was born and has had unwavering love for my siblings and I even when we don't deserve it. Now, we have known about the cancer for a couple months and are working with an amazing team at Fred Hutch but Sharon is feeling worse every day. I have been doing the best I can to arrange my schedule to be able to take her to her appointments and will be able to do the majority of them they are piling up fast, we would appreciate any help that can be offered from assisting with rides or company
