I’m Brandy, a single mom to two amazing little boys who deserve the world. I was an addict for almost 10 years. As of October 31 of this year, I’ll have 4 years clean. I’m so proud of that. I’ve been trying to do everything the right way, but starting over is really hard when it’s just me and my two little ones. I have almost no family, so it’s been me figuring everything out alone. Things have slowly been looking up. We finally got our own place in December thanks to Section 8, and that stability has meant so much for the boys. But I’m still stuck. I don’t have transportation, so even if I got a job or started training, I wouldn’t be able to get there or get my boys where they need to go. My driver’s license still has $190 in fees that need to be paid off. I also need a computer so I can finish the free online training to become a Kansas Certified Peer Mentor — someone who uses their own recovery to help others stay clean. I need this. Not just for me, but for my boys. I want them to grow up seeing their mom stable, working, and giving back. What we’re raising for Driver’s license fees $190 Help toward a reliable used car + tags $2,200 Working laptop for training $300 Help covering bills & things for the boys while I train ? Total Goal $2,690 Any amount helps more than you know. Gift cards for gas, household items, or clothes and shoes for the boys would also mean the world to us. Thank you for reading our story and for any way you can help us take this next step. With so much gratitude, Brandy & the boys
My boys are toddlers and we're having issues with potty training so they are still using diapers
