I live every day with multiple serious health conditions, including spinal disabilities that cause constant, severe pain and limit my ability to sit, stand, or even rest comfortably. I also suffer from significant heart problems, including a past heart attack (STEMI), coronary artery disease with unstable angina, a history of a stent placement, supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), sinus tachycardia, bradycardia, and issues with low blood pressure. These conditions make daily life unpredictable and exhausting. Because of the severity of my health, I am unable to work and rely solely on Social Security Disability to survive. I am currently preparing for cervical and lumbar spinal fusion surgery, and my other medical complications increase the risks and challenges I am facing. With most of my family having passed on, I have very little support during this difficult time. I am struggling to meet basic needs. I am in need of food, hygiene products, and help with transportation. With rising gas prices, I cannot afford the 120-mile round trip required for my medical appointments and treatments. I am also in need of a loveseat and sofa, as I do not have proper seating, which adds to my daily pain and discomfort. I humbly ask for any help or support.
