I am a single mother of an 11-year-old a 2 year old and a 1 year old. I currently applying for disability due to me being diagnosed with ankylosing spondyliti, adrenal insufficiency and other diagnosis. I need temporarily help like groceries Pampers clothes and wipes. I have no transportation as well
