On March 1st, Noemi Saeteurn Blas was born at 6lbs 4oz. Christine and Steve are elated to have her home and Steve is doing a great job taking care of Christine as she recovers. While Steve has done a wonderful job of preparing delicious and healing foods for Christine for recovery, they could use some support from the community to ensure baby, mom and dad are fed well while they continue to settle into their new life with Noemi.

Foods containing lots of veggies, high protein, whole grains, and healthy fats to energize late nights and will aid in recovery.
