I started this page due to being recently being diagnosed with Stage 3C endometrial cancer. The pathological findings were Endometrial Endometrioid Adenocarcinoma, 6.5 cm, FIGO Grade 2 (based on the size of the tumor). The tumor also invades the inner half of the myometrium. Cervix: Tumor invades full thickness of cervical stroma and into paracervical tissue.Pelvic lymph nodes, excision: Three out of nine lymph nodes positive for carcinoma (3/9), meaning that the cancer has metastasized to the nearby lymph nodes. I've had a full hysterectomy done, and I am now starting my chemotherapy journey, with my first treatment being done on 7/8/25. At this time, I don't know how many rounds of chemotherapy I will need. Unfortunately, my insurance doesn't cover any of the drug therapy (Keytruda, Carboplatin, and Paclitaxel). I also have Degenerative Disc Disease in my lower spine (from L2-L3 to L5-S1), which makes it difficult for me to stand for very long.
