SHERIDAN, INDIANA -- Lisa and Paris Pope are facing an unimaginable tragedy after a devastating house fire destroyed their home. Lisa, a dedicated RN and board member of Silver Lining of Hope, Inc., has spent her life caring for others. Paris, who just turned 19, was home when the fire broke out. Tragically, they lost their beloved dog and two cats, along with all their belongings. Paris suffered burn injuries and is currently receiving care, adding to the overwhelming challenges their family is facing. I have known Lisa and her family for almost ten years through her other daughter, Kylie, who is also a board member at Silver Lining of Hope. The Pope family has always been the first to show up when someone in the community needs help, and now they are the ones in need. The funds raised will help Lisa and Paris secure temporary housing, replace essentials, and provide food and basic necessities as they begin to rebuild their lives.
