As we transition into this new chapter, we’ve created this page to help us stay organized and make it easy for those who’ve asked how they can support us. During this postpartum season, meals and a few essentials will go a long way in helping us focus on recovery, rest, and bonding with baby. For meals, we’re focusing on nourishing, balanced options that support healing. We especially enjoy: • Grilled chicken, salmon, or turkey • Greek/Mediterranean-style bowls • Rice, quinoa, roasted vegetables • Light, fresh, non-spicy meals If meals aren’t convenient, gift cards (Visa, DoorDash, grocery stores) are incredibly helpful as well.
