Keep Calm & Help Mark Crush Cancer

Donora, PA

Story

Bladder cancer may have shown up uninvited—but Mark is ready to show it the door, with strength, spirit, and maybe even a little dance on the way out. Mark was recently diagnosed with Stage 3A bladder cancer, which has spread into the muscle and lymph nodes. After a whirlwind day of medical information (and enough jargon to make anyone’s head spin), Mark chose the bladder preservation route. This means six rounds of powerful chemo, followed by a PET scan, and—if all goes well—six weeks of radiation and more chemo to finish the job. The treatment is tough, but so is Mark. The chemo comes with serious side effects, but he’s facing it all with grit, humor, and a lot of snacks. And through it all, he’s still cracking jokes, lifting spirits, and rocking a truly impressive collection of hospital socks. We’re using this page to rally support for Mark—through the good days, the hard days, and everything in between. Your donations will help with meals, travel to treatments, and keeping the laughter flowing when it’s needed most. He’s got grit, grace, and a killer pair of hospital socks. If you can donate, share, or just send a good meme, we’d be so grateful. Mark’s journey won’t be easy, but with your help, he won’t walk it alone—or quietly. Thank you for being part of Team Mark. 💛
