Meal Train for Bobby and Joan

Story

A Little Help for Two Very Special People My great Uncle and Aunt have just returned home from the hospital, and while we are so grateful they are back where they belong, the road to full recovery will take time, rest, and plenty of care. As many of you know, they have spent their lives caring for each other and others always offering a warm meal, a welcoming home, and a helping hand to family and friends. Now, as they focus on healing, we would love to surround them with the same love and support they have so generously given over the years. Preparing meals has become more challenging as they regain their strength, and having nourishing, ready-to-enjoy dinners would ease a great deal of stress during this recovery period. We are organizing a meal train to help make sure they have comforting meals without the worry of cooking. If you’re able to contribute a meal — whether homemade, takeout, or a simple grocery drop-off — it would mean so much. Most of all, your kindness and encouragement will remind them they are not walking this season alone. Thank you for loving them as we do and for helping us wrap them in care during this time. With gratitude, Heather

Special Notes

They would truly appreciate any help with meals right now. Nothing fancy is needed—simple casseroles, baked chicken or fish, and vegetables would be perfect. Please avoid breads and tomatoes. Thank you so much for your kindness and support. 💛
