Baby Matthew will undergo sagittal craniosynostosis surgery at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City on Monday, December 28th, 2026. He is expected to be in the hospital the entirety of that week. Areas of support include meal preparation and delivery, gift cards, etc. The "Wishlist" section has various gift card options for meals, groceries, etc. Meal gift cards will be crucial for the family during the week of December 28th while they are in the hospital, but they're always welcome before or after. The “Send Support” section also has options for Visa gift cards. All gift cards will pend for 24 hours before they’re able to be redeemed. The "Care Calendar" indicates days you can sign up to provide a ready-to-eat or frozen meal for a while after the surgery. Once you've chosen a date and signed up via the 'I'll Help’ button, please coordinate delivery with Jake and/or Jessica personally. Note that caring for the family can also include visiting them, care packages for their hospital stay, prayer, etc.!
