On Monday August 11th, Dylan Patrick Graham tragically lost his life. Dylan was only 18 and would have been turning 19 next month. This is such an unimaginable loss to this family and everyone that knew him. His mother (Jennifer Ward Graham), father (John Graham) and brother (Mason Graham) will forever mourn his loss. To try and help lessen the load of everyday tasks(such as meals and cooking), and during this difficult time.. im attempting to create a foodtrain for this amazing family in their time of need.
