This Alpha/ Omega request will be an ongoing weekly request to assist Steve & Michelle Droege. Michelle suffers/struggles with an illness that keeps her in bed the majority of the day. Steve is not only her caregiver, but cares for all "the things" while still working full-time. A fellow parishioner suggested that we (Alpha/Omega) offer to assist in a small way. After discussing with Steve, he and Michelle would greatly appreciate a meal each week that can be used on busy doctor days and/or just to alleviate one concern from his plate. - no pun intended... We are looking for ONE MEAL per week that can be frozen and brought to Mass on Sundays. There are no food restrictions. Meals would be for 2 adults. A main dish would be sufficient, sides are not necessary.
Special Notes
In a charitable effort to help alleviate some weekly concerns, we are looking to supply one meal (casserole or one-dish entree) for Steve & Michelle each Sunday. Simply bring a dish (frozen or fresh) to Mass on Sunday. Steve is usually at the 7:30am Mass, and can wait afterwards if the meal is being brought at 10:00am. No food restrictions. An entree for two (with some leftovers?) would be greatly appreciated to help! Many prayers of gratitude for your generosity!!
