On Tuesday, January 13th, Nicole tragically fell at her house and was rushed to Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield via ambulance. Nicole learned that she had dislocated and broken her leg/ankle in 4 different positions. On Wednesday, January 21st, Nicole underwent major leg surgery to correct her several fractures as well as damaged ligaments. Thankfully, Nicole's surgery went well, but she will have a long and arduous road to recovery. This unfortunate fall has rendered Nicole unable to work for the time being. God Bless you! Update Monday February 2nd, 2026: Nicole has been able to get up an moving more often lately. She has a post-op appointment coming up on Wednesday February 4th, 2026.
