Many of you have asked how you can support my sister and her family, so with her permission, I created one place where we can surround them with a little extra care. Their seven-year-old daughter has recently been diagnosed with Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder, a rare autoimmune condition affecting the central nervous system. She is undergoing testing and treatment, and the family is facing a great deal of uncertainty while spending time away from home. : I’ve created a support page for anyone who’d like a way to show love — gift cards (DoorDash, groceries) or a note of encouragement all mean a lot.
