When Lynnea had a motorcycle accident back in April, the motorcycle landed on her right leg. The surgeon wanted her to do 6 months of PT to see if that would help with the pain and mobility. She had a follow up MRI, found out her MPFL ligament was barely holding together. That ligament holds your knee cap in place. Also found that 80% of her cartilage was displaced and broken. So she just had surgery to replace the ligament and do a cartilage transplant. She is looking at 6 weeks of crutches and is hoping to be on both feet after that! She is also a single mom of three kiddos so we just want to help her out with some meals as she recovers from surgery.
