I moved to oregon 2 years ago running away from ca because of Covid now I'm stuck here,I have copd and major nerve damage,my health has gotten worse.I need help getting back to California.Family in California will help me once I get there ,they would help but my daughter is a single mom and struggles with money.Covid took my savings.My social security is not enough.I don't want to die here plz help God bless.
