Love for Trudy, Supporting the Prugh Family

Centerville, OH

Story

Dear Friends and Family, As many of you know, our dear Trudy Prugh recently underwent surgery. While we're thrilled that the procedure went well, we also recognize that recovery can be challenging, especially when it comes to managing daily tasks like preparing meals. For those that aren't aware, my grandma, Trudy Prugh, fell and landed on her right hip causing her to break the head of her femur which required an emergency surgery. She ended up having a semi hip replacement and she's in less pain, but she will still have limited mobility for the next few months. That's why we're organizing a meal train to support Trudy Prugh during this time of healing! We believe that by coming together as a community, we can make a tangible difference and show our love and support in a meaningful way. Here's how it works: Sign Up: We've set up a meal train schedule where you can sign up to provide a meal for Trudy Prugh and her family. All you have to do is click the 'I'll help' button. Whether it's a homemade dish, takeout from their favorite restaurant, a visa card for delivery services, or a gift card to help pay for prescriptions, every contribution will be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to comment on this page as well to show your love, thoughts, and prayers. Coordinate: As you sign up, all of the necessary details will be provided to you. There should be drop off information, her email, and instructions. Our calendar is the window of opportunity to assist. Any dietary preferences or restrictions will be listed below. Spread the Word: Even if you're unable to contribute a meal, you can still help by spreading the word! Share this meal train with friends, family, coworkers, and anyone else who may want to lend a helping hand. Show Your Support: Most importantly, let's show Trudy Prugh and her family just how much we care. A warm, home-cooked meal can bring comfort and nourishment during a time of need, and your kindness will surely lift their spirits. Thank you in advance for your generosity and support. Together, we can make a difference and help focus on what matters most: her recovery. It takes a village to help during difficult times. Let's rally around Trudy and Bill with love, compassion, and plenty of delicious meals! Thanks again! - Catelynn, Granddaughter of Trudy Prugh

Special Notes

All is appreciated but there is a few things to consider: - Please don't bring tofu, sushi, or spicy dishes. This can be hard on Trudy and her family's stomachs. - If you're sick, please take care of yourself first, recover and let the germs dissipate before seeing them or dropping off food. - If you run into an issue with the scheduling service, I will do my best to assist any problems. Please feel free to contact me at 937-681-2276
