Beth was diagnosed with melanoma several years ago. After her first surgery the oncologist confirmed that the cancer had made its way to her brain. Beth spent several years quietly fighting the brain cancer with several surgeries, chemo, & radiation but nothing seemed to slow the progression. It was aggressive and making her lose parts of herself. Early this week she was moved to hospice care and this morning she gained her wings. Because Beth was diagnosed with cancer she was unable to get life insurance. Her Momma, also currently battling cancer, is left to try to put the finances together for her funeral.
