Love in Action for Ashly

Miami, FL

W
Story

Ashly is stepping into a powerful season of healing, reclaiming her body, her health, and herself. As she undergoes a hysterectomy to treat adenomyosis and begins a 6 to 8 week recovery, we want to surround her with the kind of big love that allows her to truly rest, recover, and focus on herself. This page is a place for Ashly’s village to show up with meals, practical support, encouragement, prayers, and all the little things that can make the weeks ahead feel a little lighter. If you know Ashly, you know the energy, joy, and love she brings wherever she goes. Now it’s our turn to pour some of that right back into her. Big, big love for Ashly. 🤍

Special Notes

Food Preferences and Allergies Ashly is allergic to shrimp, so please avoid shrimp and any cross contact with shrimp when preparing meals. She does not eat red meat or pork, but she does eat chicken, turkey, and fish. She also does not like cilantro. For the first two weeks of recovery, softer, easy to eat foods would be especially appreciated. After that, she would prefer meals that are generally on the healthier side as she continues to heal and regain her strength. Thank you so much for helping keep Ashly nourished, comfortable, and cared for during her recovery.
