My sister will be undergoing a major ankle and foot fusion surgery on June 2 and will face a long recovery with several weeks of being unable to walk or bear weight. Everyday tasks like cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning, and getting around will be extremely difficult during this time. We are hoping to surround her with support as she heals. Meal deliveries, restaurant gift cards, grocery support, and messages of encouragement would all make a meaningful difference and help relieve some of the stress of recovery.
