Another Cancer detour... Thank you for being here.I know some of you have been alongside me before and some of you are meeting me here for the first time. I'm so grateful. As I navigate yet another cancer journey, having the support of family, friends, neighbors, and folks from far and near, means the world to me. I am using this page as a central station to coordinate the logistics this journey—like meal drop-offs, rides to treatments, and daily errands, gifts of time and currency—so that my inner circle knows exactly how to manage support. Thank you deeply for walking alongside me, checking in, visiting, cooking for me, driving me, and keeping me in your thoughts and prayers. Your presence means a lot. If you are looking for a place to read my deeper reflections, creative writing, and journalistic updates along the way, I am keeping a dedicated journal over on my Substack account
I will be on a very limited diet and not sure how much I can practically eat through treatment--from a functionality standpoint. At the moment, I'm abiding to a pretty strick keto diet as my body and energy allows. No sugar (in vegetables or food/beverages), no gluten, no eggplant, and only selective dairy (yogurt and cottage cheese).Because of this, grocery gift cards from Whole Foods, PCC, and Amazon would be truly helpful, greatly appreciated, and will ensure your gift is used best. If you'd like to pick something up on your regular trips to the grocery store, that would also be so kind --please reach out for a grocery list. The GoFundMe site and the Wishlist on this page are other ways to help if you are inclined. Thank you! Thank you!
