Sweet Mama, Toosti Nichols, has had to endure a knee replacement, a shoulder surgery, and now her other knee replacement is needing a full replacement. Recovery is very very rough, and even though she has her family ( daughter's and husband) and sister coming to help her during the 1st week I would love to get meals going to help her during this time. We are looking at a 8 week time frame where walking is extremely limited.
No eggs or fish please.
