Giving to the Glidwells

Nashville, TN

Story

On June 4th, 2025, our beloved friend, husband, father, and brother Jimbo passed away after a long, difficult nine-week battle following a horrific car accident. Despite every effort and an incredible fight, he succumbed to his injuries, leaving behind a heartbroken family and friends. Jimbo was so much more than a name — he was the heartbeat of every room he walked into. A gifted musician, a die-hard Titans fan, and someone who always showed up for others. He laughed loud, loved harder, and lived fully. He was a devoted husband to Candace and an amazing father to their three children: Sean, Amelia, and James. Jimbo was the kind of person who would give the shirt off his back, and now it’s our turn to give back to the family he loved so deeply. We are raising setting up a food and services help train. • According to Candace the kids love pizza, taco, and chicken tenders! • There are no food restrictions or allergies you need to worry about. • We would like to set something up for at least a month. Lunches and dinners. • As Candace starts to navigate a life without Jimbo let us all help her by taking a burden off her hands. Jimbo and Candace have always worked hard to provide for their family. With only one income now and the weight of this sudden tragedy, they need support more than ever. Any donation will go directly to Candace and the kids to help ease the burden during this heartbreaking time. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this page and keeping their family in your thoughts. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and love. Jimbo would be the first to show up for someone else — let’s honor him by doing the same for his family. With gratitude, Jessica, Erica, and Meaghan
