This summer, Mandy was diagnosed with invasive lobular breast cancer. She has already undergone surgery and is now preparing to begin chemotherapy, followed by radiation and long-term hormone-blocking treatment. In a matter of weeks, Mandy and Eric have had to navigate surgery, fertility preservation through IVF, and some very difficult decisions about Mandy's treatment and their future as a family. It has been a lot to process in a very short amount of time, but they are doing everything they can to move forward with positivity and make the best decisions for their family. The road ahead will be a long one, and Mandy and Eric's biggest priorities are Mandy's health, healing, and being there for their two beautiful girls. During treatment, everyday things like meals, groceries, childcare, and household expenses can become one more thing to worry about. That is where their village comes in. Instead of a traditional Meal Train, we are bringing their village together through gift cards so Mandy and Eric can get exactly what they need, when they need it.
