Hello everyone! My name is Jaimee. I am my mom’s only child and her caretaker. I started this page because my mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on 10/2/2026. As of now, we are still waiting for updates on the stage and the treatment plan. I’ve also created this page because she has been in and out of the hospital due to flare ups from diabetes related illnesses. My mother has already beat lung cancer and two brain aneurysms, if you can do anything to help her fight this time, we would greatly appreciate it! Even words of encouragement do wonders! I am currently trying to obtain more IHSS hours for her so I can cut back on my regular work hours to be more available so rides to and from doctor’s appointments or procedures would be a great help!
My mother has a shellfish allergy but can eat shrimp without the heads and is following a diabetes friendly meal plan! We are following a low carb and low fat diet! Think fish, chicken, and low carb options!
