As some of you may know, my sweet sister-in- love had a liver transplant a couple weeks ago. She's been living with non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver for quite a while. While we grieve for the family that lost a loved one, we are so very thankful for the gift of life for Gennie. While she is recovering, providing meals would be an enormous blessing.
Gennie has no dietary restrictions other than salad, raw veggies and coleslaw. Shawn, of course, is a meat & potatoes guy. They enjoy seafood and BBQ. Favorite restaurants include Cracker Barrel, Sonny's, and anyplace with seafood, including Capt'n D's.
