Hello. The reason I started this page was to hopefully get some kind very much appreciated help. Back in May I was living in an apartment building and they decided to update the front porch deck on the house. Got a text from the landlord saying that temporary stairs were going to be used so be careful. Ok no problem.... Well a few days into the project the guy doing the work messed up and made it so nothing temporary could be used. So got another text stating that to enter and exit the building we would have to go thru the basement...
