Love for Lori

Cypress, TX

Story

My sister Lori was recently diagnosed with cancer again (after 19 years) and has started chemotherapy. As many of you know, Lori is a caregiver at heart. No matter what is going on, she always makes sure her husband Rich has a hot dinner waiting for him and leftovers packed for lunch the next day. It's one of the many ways she shows love. Over the next few months, chemo treatments and side effects will make it hard for Lori to do that - and her energy needs to be focused on healing. Instead of a traditional meal train, we're starting a gift card train so Lori and Rich can order takeout or pick up groceries when they need to, without the pressure of hosting or coordinating meals. This gives them flexibility for Lori's changing appetite while still making sure Rich is taken care of too. If you'd like to support them during this season, you’ll see gift cards for grocery stores or local restaurants listed in the special notes section. It would mean so much. Most of all, thank you for your love, prayers and kindness as they walk through this together. Please feel free to message me for her mailing address, email, or any other questions. With love and gratitude, Suzy Mosher
